Warranty

1. Overview

Nervonics stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a standard 30-Day Limited Warranty that covers any manufacturing or material defects in products purchased directly from us. This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable.

Product lines with longer standard warranties:

Bluetti Products – 2 years
Renogy Products – 1 year

2. Warranty Coverage

  1. Covered Cases
    • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal consumer use.
    • Manufacturing faults or errors resulting in an unusable product.
  2. Excluded Cases
    • Damage resulting from wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or accidents (including drops, spills, or improper storage).
    • Damage resulting from power failures and/or surges.
    • Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by unauthorized persons or service centers.
    • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or guidelines.
    • Cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, discolorations) that do not affect the functionality of the product.
    • Products bought through third parties not sanctioned by Nervonics or damage brought about by those products.
    • Acts of God.
    • Anything that is not a manufactorer defect or a defect in materials or workmanship under normal consumer use.

3. Warranty Period

  • This warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Claims must be initiated within this 30-day window to be eligible for warranty service.

4. Proof of Purchase

  • A valid purchase receipt or order confirmation from Nervonics is required to confirm warranty eligibility.
  • If you cannot provide proof of purchase, we reserve the right to deny your warranty claim.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Initial Contact
    • Contact us at info@nervonics.com with details of the issue, including photos or videos if possible.
    • Provide your order number/purchase receipt and any relevant product information.
  2. Evaluation
    • We will review your claim to determine if it is eligible for warranty coverage.
    • If additional information or inspection is required, we will guide you through the process.

6. Repair or Replacement

  • Repair: If feasible, we will repair the product free of charge to the original functioning condition.
  • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or a comparable product of equal value, at our discretion.
  • Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we may offer a refund or store credit for the purchase price, subject to our discretion.

7. Limitations and Exclusions of Liability

  • This warranty is limited to the remedies listed above. No other express or implied warranties are provided, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the duration of this 30-day coverage.
  • In no event shall Nervonics be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

  • This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Any dispute arising from or related to this warranty will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the same jurisdiction.
